Function Dance Challenge

The Dance Equations invites you to create a captivating dance routine that incorporates both the dance itself and the graph of a function on the coordinate plane. It's a chance to unleash your creativity and show off your mathematical prowess. 

1. Sign up via our event page.
2. Record a video of your performance, ensuring that both the dance and the function graph are clearly depicted.
3. Share your video on Instagram and make sure to mention @dance_equations so that we can review your entry. 
4. Use the hashtag #functiondancechallenge to connect with fellow participants and spread the excitement.

The Function Dance Challenge welcomes everyone to join, whether you're a student, teacher, or part of a homeschool group. It's an inclusive event open to all, offering a fantastic opportunity to engage with mathematics through dance.

The winners of the challenge will be carefully chosen by our expert judges and announced on September 15th. With its timing, this challenge is ideal for end-of-year activities, summer schools and camps, as well as back-to-school festivities.
